Unique Projects is Pentacle's free membership basic fiscal sponsorship. Through this program, artists work with a dedicated administrator to clearly, reliably, and efficiently carry out all activity regarding your fiscal sponsorship.

This program provides artists with the ability to:

Receive tax deductible donations and send donors tax acknowledgment letters
Apply for foundation grants
Apply for discounted rehearsal space

Unique Projects is ideal for emerging or established artists who project a minimum of $5,000 in annual contributed revenue.

Members of Unique Projects must choose to join as an Individual Artist or Incorporated Entity:

An Individual Artist is re-granted donations to their personal bank account, must provide a SSN, and are issued a 1099 connected to their SSN/personal identity. The administrative fee for Individual Artists is 5.5% on all donations.

An Incorporated Entity is re-granted donations to their business bank account, must provide a EIN, and are issued a 1099 connected to their EIN/business. The administrative fee for Incorporated Entities is 7.5% on all donations. Incorporated Entities include LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps, and Sole Proprietors of an Incorporated Entity.
